Second Gotham Challenge

Here is Challenge #2 for my design team. This Sketch was all above LOVE. To make the heart punch I used a retired stampin up set called Polka Dot punch. (if you like it and would like to purchase I have a few for sell email me) Then I punched it out with the heart punch also Stampin Up. This challenge was so much fun I hope you will come back and see what I come up with next week.

To add some pop I added some flock.. What is flock you say?? Flock makes fuzzy dimension to your card and is a awesome technique.
